Graaains! It has Grraaaiiiinnnsss!
I spent the past five days prepping the save/load system. It mainly saves the player stats, wild plants, domestic plants, and all buildings. Most of the data was already in global variables, so I just put them in a bigger dictionary and wrote it to a file. The buildings needed extra work; I had to put their data into a nested dictionary. All of them had bugs, the worst being the critter pen. It worked, but the objects were being flung away because of physics. I just got it finished last night.
Since I wanted some new objects in the game, I added the grain and cereal plants. All those vegan-hippie grains that nobody cares about, except they're a bit interesting. I might have information about them in the game, but not yet. Thanksgiving is coming up, so I'll enjoy that while I add more features. Maybe there will be an update Monday or Tuesday.
